I’ve made this a few times and it’s really good. I like to have baked beans with it.
It’s on the menu every week all summer long! I make sandwiches on toasted focaccia with mixed greens, my white balsamic vinaigrette and roasted peppers. Sooo good! Give it a try! Also, I use 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning in place of my herb combo. Tastes just as good and even easier!

What size cupcake liners are these? It says mini but the ones in the video don’t look like they are mini.
They are standard size cupcake liners. The "mini" refers to the size of the cheesecakes and that they are not "regular" size cheesecakes, but a mini version.

I used 5 cups of flour exactly. Mine wasn’t elastic like Di. I’m sure I added too much flour. Next time, I’ll use 3 cups instead.
